Service Overview: Our marketing division provides custom-tailored marketing strategy, system setup, and execution services for small to mid-sized businesses. All services are bespoke unless otherwise noted.
Engagement Requirements: Clients must complete an initial intake form and discovery call. Full participation and prompt communication are required for campaign success.
Client Responsibilities
Honest Representation: Clients must provide truthful and accurate information about their business, products, and goals.
Collaboration: Clients are expected to provide timely access to requested materials (e.g., logos, website access, testimonials, etc.) to avoid delays in delivery.
Respect for Team: Disrespect, harassment, or abusive communication toward any team member is grounds for termination of services.
Payment Terms
Custom Pricing: All packages and services are customized and priced based on scope. There are no public rates or generic offers.
Deposits & Retainers: Services begin only after a signed agreement and payment of a non-refundable deposit.
Invoices & Deadlines: Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in the client agreement. Missed payments may result in paused work.
Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: Beyond the 750 Club retains ownership of all proprietary processes, systems, scripts, and templates unless explicitly transferred by written agreement.
Client Assets: Clients maintain full ownership of original brand materials provided for the project.
Usage Rights: Clients may use completed deliverables (ads, designs, copy, etc.) as part of their business operations. Redistribution, resale, or reuse by third parties is prohibited unless otherwise agreed.
Compliance & Ethical Standards
Marketing Integrity: We do not support false claims, manipulative marketing tactics, or unethical practices.
Legal Compliance: All campaigns and strategies must comply with relevant advertising, data, and privacy laws.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate service if a client engages in activities that may damage our reputation or legal standing.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes via email or official communication channels.
Limitation of Liability
Beyond the 750 Club Marketing Division shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond the 750 Club from any claims resulting from misuse or misrepresentation of deliverables.
